Refund / Return Policy

  1. Scope of application
    All coffee supplies sold (including but not limited to coffee beans, utensils, accessories, etc.) are final sales and no no-reason returns or exchanges are accepted.
    Exceptional circumstances: If the goods you receive are damaged during transportation or have serious quality issues (such as damaged packaging or product malfunction), please contact customer service within 48 hours after signing for the goods and provide evidence (photos/videos). We will handle the situation for you depending on the circumstances.
  2. Non-applicable circumstances
    The following circumstances will not be accepted:
    Product discomfort caused by the customer’s personal reasons (such as taste preferences, size errors, etc.).
    Goods that have been opened and used or damaged by human factors (such as after using a coffee machine).
    Orders that have not received any feedback within 48 hours.
  3. Problem feedback process
    If the exceptional conditions are met, please follow the steps below:
    Send an email to contact@sscoffeeshop.com with the subject line “After-sales Application + Order Number”.
    The email should include:
    Order number and purchase date
    Clear problem description and evidence documents;
    Your contact information (phone number/address).
    We will review and reply by email with the handling plan (such as reissue or partial compensation) within 3 working days.
  4. Other notes
    This policy does not affect your legal rights under local laws.
    We reserve the final right of interpretation of the policy terms. Any updates will be posted on the website.
