Shipping policy

  1. Shipping region and delivery time
    Shipping location: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Serbia.
    Processing time: After placing an order, we will complete the order review, baking (if applicable) and shipment within 15 to 30 working days.
    International transportation: Due to customs clearance, holidays or force majeure factors, the actual delivery time may be extended. Please allow for flexible time.
  2. Delivery range and cost
    Coverage area: Global delivery (Some countries/regions may be restricted, and the checkout page will be automatically verified).
    Freight calculation: Automatically generated based on destination and weight. The final amount is displayed on the settlement page.
    Free shipping policy: Orders over €50 enjoy free shipping within Serbia. International orders over €100 are exempt from standard shipping fees (the promotion period may be adjusted).
  3. Logistics tracking and notification
    After shipment, you will receive mail with logistics tracking number (email: contact@sscoffeeshop.com), and the package can be tracked via third-party logistics platforms such as DHL, EMS.
    If you do not receive a notification within 7 days, please check your spam folder or contact us.
  4. Customs and Taxes
    International orders may incur tariffs, value-added taxes and other charges, which shall be borne by the recipient. The specific amount is subject to the local customs policy. It is recommended to check in advance.
  5. Delay or loss handling
    Transportation delay: If you have not received it within 30 days of the estimated delivery time, please provide the tracking number so that we can assist with the inquiry.
    Package loss: After confirming the loss, you can choose to get a refund or resend (if inventory permits).
